Sanne
Yoga has been an integral part of Sanne’s life for more than a decade, but it was during her Yoga Teacher Training in 2023 that everything fell into place. The rational and scientific approach of the philosophy of Yoga, as described in the Yoga Sutra’s of Patanjali, was what stood out to her and what she decided to learn and practice every day. She finds deep fulfillment in working towards living according to the philosophy of yoga, together with the practice of asana’s (postures) and meditation. She hopes to create an environment where others feel safe to find joy in the practice of yoga and to learn about living more consciously.

Sarah Sati
Sarah has been teaching and practicing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for two decades. Bringing her depth of knowledge and experience with meditation and mindfulness based practices, along with her professional experience as a trauma informed meditation coach, Sarah offers courses, workshops, and classes that deepen an understanding of the self and the nature of reality, while offering release for historical trauma stored in the body and mind.
Sarah integrates science and spirituality to support all of the work she does. With a master's degree in experimental psychology, Sarah spent her academic career researching mindfulness practices and their impact on positive and negative emotional experiences. She uses this experience and knowledge to guide her approach in working with individuals and groups to support well-being and self transformation.

Gwen Versteegh
Gwen’s Yoga journey began with a simple personal practice—a few moments each morning to stretch, breathe, and find stillness. This love for exploration led her to her first training in traditional Hatha Yoga, where her journey as a teacher began.
Over the years, Gwen has continued to expand her expertise, training in various Yoga styles and techniques. A recent highlight has been her training in self-Myofascial Release (sMFR), a practice she now incorporates into her classes to bring students a sense of release and nurture. In Gwen’s classes, you’ll find a mix of dynamic flows, moments of quiet release, and opportunities to explore your edge.
Whether you’re taking your first step onto the mat, working on building strength, or flipping your perspective in an inversion, Gwen’s guidance is all about discovering what feels good for you.

Charley Heylen
Hi, I’m Charley, a holistic therapist with over a decade of practice and experience. My yoga journey began during a challenging time, and it transformed my life, inspiring me to help others find healing and balance. Since becoming a teacher in 2018, I’ve loved guiding beginners to build confidence and supporting private clients with their personal goals using Yoga Therapy tools.
My teaching blends Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra, complemented by holistic therapies like Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and Sound Healing. As an IAYT Yoga Therapist in training, I integrate clinical techniques into personalized healing plans.
I also lead retreats and programs, such as my “Emotional Detox,” combining yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and pranayama to restore harmony. I believe we can heal physical and emotional imbalances through mindful movement and holistic work and embrace life’s journey with compassion and joy.

Renske Jellesma
Renske is a holistic therapist and yoga teacher with a deep passion for guiding others on their
journey to self-healing and inner balance.
While yoga had been a long-time practice, it took on a deeper meaning during her journey of recovery from illness. It became more than movement; it was a way to reconnect with her body; to regain trust and cultivate inner strength.
Renske deepened her knowledge by completing her teacher training in India last year. With certifications in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, she now shares her wisdom and experience with others.
Through her teaching, Renske aims to help individuals reconnect with themselves, embrace their unique journey, and experience the transformative magic of yoga and holistic healing. Whether guiding students through dynamic movement, gentle stillness, or energetic healing practices, she believes in yoga as a powerful tool for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
