Service Description

A multidimensional experience weaving in ceremonial cacao, breath, and a heart-opening embodiment flow. We'll begin by opening sacred space and sharing a warm cup of cacao to anchor into presence and soften the walls of the heart. Ceremonial cacao is a gentle plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties, it supports emotional release, enhances clarity, and deepens our connection to both self and others. Rich in magnesium and antioxidants, cacao also boosts circulation, uplifts mood, and creates a calm, focused state that enhances meditation and intuitive movement. From there, we’ll move through an intuitive and heart-opening practice, weaving in breathwork, somatics, and conscious movement to awaken the body, clear stagnant energy, and come home to the sanctuary of your heart. We’ll close with a 639 Hz Heart Chakra Sound Bath for integration and energetic alignment. This is an invitation to journey inward and reconnect with the infinite wisdom that lies within your heart.
