Service Description

Let's practice the Full Primary Series together! If you are curious and want to try out the complete series, this is perfect for you! The goal is to have fun, we will try our best, no pressure and modifications will be demonstrated. It is best if you had already one or two Ashtanga Yoga classes so you have some experience with the breath, the sun salutations, the fundamental poses, the standing and part of the sitting poses.
